Summary. Over the past twenty years there has been significant increase in the first-‐principles based mathematical and computational models of tumor development. Recently, new approaches have been developed to incorporate into these models the existing plethora of cancer specific clinical and/or in-‐vitro and in-‐vivo experimental data. The speakers of this minisymposium will present novel ways of integrating mathematical modeling with cancer specific patient data such as, but not limited to, histopathology images, MRI and PET scans, as well as with data obtained from in-‐vivo experiments, with a goal towards building data-‐driven predictive models of cancer progression and treatment across multiple scales.
