Summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates:

2019 NIMBioS-NSA REU Program

The NIMBioS-NSA REU Program was held June 4 - July 26, 2019 at NIMBioS on the campus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. This program is partially supported by the National Security Agency (NSA). Participants from all over the country worked in teams with NIMBioS postdocs and UT faculty on research at the interface of mathematics and biology. Undergraduates received free university apartment-style housing, a stipend of $4500, and up to $650 of support for travel to/from Knoxville.
