Modeling Cell Differentiation and Its Role in Cancer
Dr. Nicholas Panchy is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis (NIMBioS). He is exploring the role and regulation of intermediate epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) cell-types by modeling gene regulatory networks controlling expression across EMT.
